The FOP's vision for education extends to embracing modern approaches and specialized training. The party commits to advancing digital learning initiatives to ensure technology is effectively integrated into the curriculum to enhance accessibility and quality of education. A critical area of investment will be in specialist medical training in order to address the shortage of specialized healthcare professionals and strengthening Kenya's healthcare system.
Beyond formal institutions, FOP will foster a national culture of reading, numeracy, and technological skills from an early age while recognizing these as foundational for Kenya's future success. Our proposed approach will be complemented by expanding skills development programs in high-demand fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Data Analytics in order to prepare Kenyans for the global digital economy. We also aims to achieve universal access to quality Early Childhood Development (ECD) by 2030 so as to lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
